TrueBlue is JetBlue's points program. JetBlue separates loyalty partners from codeshare and interline partners, so a connection sold by JetBlue is not automatically eligible for points redemption.
Best suited for: Travelers who can use JetBlue's routes, want to combine balances with friends or family, or want to compare eligible United awards through Blue Sky.

TrueBlue points do not expire. Tiles and Mosaic benefits have separate validity periods; non-expiring points do not mean permanent status.
Which credit-card points transfer here?
- Ultimate Rewards: A direct Chase transfer partner. Requires an eligible transfer-enabled card such as Sapphire Preferred, Sapphire Reserve or Ink Business Preferred. Ways to earn
- Earn points on qualifying JetBlue flights, JetBlue Vacations, participating travel partners and JetBlue credit-card purchases. Fare and booking-channel rules affect flight earning.

Ways to redeem
- Redeem for eligible JetBlue award flights, including premium cabins, and selected airline partners. TrueBlue points have no fixed dollar conversion rate.
- Cash + Points is available on eligible JetBlue flights and JetBlue Vacations packages; partner-airline awards do not support partial points payments.
Important restrictions before booking
- United awards are booked through jetblue.com or the JetBlue app. TrueBlue points cannot be transferred to United MileagePlus, and mixed JetBlue/United connecting itineraries require separate bookings.
- Blue Sky's earning instructions require future United flights to be booked through JetBlue's site or app while logged into TrueBlue. Confirm the channel rules before choosing where to credit a flight.
- United award date, flight-time and routing changes are not permitted. Check cancellation and rebooking rules before buying; partner rules differ from JetBlue's own awards.
- Taxes and fees remain payable on awards. Do not treat points that never expire as a guarantee of a seat or a fixed redemption value.
Points Pooling with friends or family
A pool can contain two to seven members, without the old two-adult/five-child restriction. The pool leader must be at least 21. Joining contributes all your points; anyone given redemption privileges can spend pooled points. Check membership-change restrictions before joining.
Mosaic has four levels
Mosaic 1, 2, 3 and 4 require 50, 100, 150 and 250 tiles respectively. Redeemable points are separate from tiles. Published perks include tier-dependent checked baggage, seating and priority services; upgrades and lounge eligibility depend on the level and current terms.
